Craniosacral Therapy (CST) uses light touch techniques and direction of energy to address patterns of restriction in the body. CST can be deeply relaxing and aid in recovery from stress, chronic pain, injuries, and trauma.

Firm, steady pressure is applied throughout the session to therapeutically treat muscle and fascia. Primarily drawing on techniques from deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial, and sports massage disciplines, your practitioner will design a session to support your individual needs and goals.

Deep tissue massage can be booked as 60, 75, 90, and 120 minute appointments.

Structural Integration brings efficiency to the body's form and function, especially as it relates to gravity. Traditionally thought of as a way to work with the layers of fascia and connective tissue, it is a holistic approach to feeling and moving more comfortably within your body. With this type of bodywork session, you can expect to come dressed in some form of free moving clothing (something along the lines of a tank top and shorts) and to experience a slightly more active session as this is where the magic happens in showing the brain and central nervous system what is possible. Structural Integration is a great option if you're experiencing pain, discomfort or lack of mobility in the body and is a great way to better understand your body's holding patterns and postures while creating freedom within your own skin.

Translated as spiritual energy, Reiki uses no-touch and light tough techniques to assess and shift the flow of energy through your body. Reiki can have many effects including deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity of mind, healing from trauma, and relief from pain.
