Thank you for reading and honoring these policies. You will be required to agree to these policies prior to your first session.

  1. Masking requirements vary by practitioner preference and current state/federal mandates. Please check in with us if you have any concerns or questions.

  2. If you are sick with an infection of any kind, please contact us and reschedule your session.

  3. Clients are to arrive clean.

  4. Clients may not be intoxicated in any way.

  5. Clients may not have any odors or aromas that interfere with the hygienic conditions of the studio. Odors include, but are not limited to, heavy perfumes, body odor, marijuana, cigarette smoke, and other neurotoxins.

  6. Non sexual massage therapy & services:

    • Your therapist/practitioner is providing professional massage therapy/energy work which is non sexual.

    • If any client demonstrates any kind of inappropriate behavior, or initiates any inappropriate conversation or gestures toward the therapist:

      • This will be considered sexual harassment.

      • The massage/service will end immediately.

      • Full payment will be due.

      • The perpetrator will not be able to receive services from the therapist/practitioner.

  7. All personal information will be protected in compliance with HIPAA standards.

  8. Any advice given to you is only advice and not a medical diagnosis.

  9. If during your massage/service a symptom is discovered that massage/the service you are receiving is not suited to help with, you will be referred to the appropriate healthcare professional.

  10. Our goal is for you to be happy with your experience. Please feel free to communicate with your therapist/practitioner anything that will improve your comfort such as:

    • Temperature of the room

    • Music selection or volume

    • Area being addressed

    • Depth or pace of massage

    • If you would like to talk or have silence

    • Etc.

  11. As there are many reactions that can arise out of receiving bodywork/energy work, your therapist/practitioner will educate you to the best of their ability so you know what you can expect during and after a session.

  12. Your privacy will be honored at all times. The following apply to massage therapy & any other service for which the client will not be fully clothed.

    • You will have the room to yourself while disrobing and getting dressed.

    • During your session, you will always be covered with a drape.

    • Only the are being addressed will be temporarily uncovered.

    • Clothing under the drape is optional and your decision to make.

    • Please be respectful of the therapist/practitioner, and remain under the drape at all times during your session.

  13. If you are late, your session will be cut short so that the therapist may remain on schedule and the full amount will be charged.

  14. Cancellation of an appointment prior to 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be charged.

  15. Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the rate for treatment.

  16. Appointments missed without providing any notification will be charged 100% of the rate of treatment.

  17. You may reschedule an appointment at anytime, even within 36 hours of your appointment, due to illness. We want everyone to remain as safe and healthy as possible, and we also want to respect each other’s time so please provide as much notice as possible.
